We all experience stress sometimes, but did you know it can affect your health? Trouble sleeping, loss of appetite, tension, and feeling powerless are just a few symptoms of stress. Join Heather Young, CRNP, UPMC Behavioral Health, to learn about stress, the importance of  self-care, and tips to deal with the unpredictability of life.
